Why Google access is requested
Google sign-in identifies the authorized account. Read-only Drive access lets the ERP retrieve existing documents for its file-list, preview and download features. Access is granted through Google's consent screen.
The Google authorization scopes are openid, email and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly. Google describes the Drive permission as the ability to see and download Drive files; the ERP workflow presents its approved file list.
For authorized use
PrintCare ERP is used in the operator's controlled environment. This public website explains the application; it does not provide access to ERP records or Google Drive files. Contact the administrator for application access.
