1. Application and access
PrintCare ERP supports Print Care's printing-workflow activities. Its Google Drive connection provides read-only file listing, PDF preview and download functionality. Use is limited to people and accounts authorized by the operator. This information website does not create an ERP account or provide access to business records.
2. Authorized documents and accounts
Use only accounts and documents you are permitted to access. Do not attempt to bypass access checks, access another person's records, disclose credentials, or use downloaded documents in ways that violate their owners' rights.
3. Google Drive connection
You choose whether to grant Google access through Google's authorization screen. The intended permissions are account identification and read-only Drive access. The connection does not authorize modification or deletion of original Drive files. Google services, account restrictions, authorization expiry or revocation can affect availability and may require reconnecting.
4. Files and responsibility
Ownership of documents remains with their respective owners. A download creates a copy on the device selected by the user. Keep downloaded files confidential and use them only for authorized work. Check the document and version before using it for production or sharing it.
5. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains account information, Drive data, local connection storage, permitted uses and how to request removal of retained data. Do not send passwords or tokens to support.
6. Service scope
This website does not sell subscriptions, take payments or offer a public ERP signup. Any separate printing or business arrangement is handled directly with Print Care. No guarantee of uninterrupted access is made; keep appropriate copies and operational checks for important work.
7. Ending access and changes
You can revoke Google access in your Google Account and contact the administrator to end ERP access or request removal of retained connection data. The operator may restrict access to protect data or address misuse. Updated terms will be posted here with an updated effective date.
