Privacy Policy
This policy covers the Google Drive read-only connection in PrintCare ERP and this public information website. For questions or a data-removal request, contact printcaredata@gmail.com.
1. Information used by the app
- Google account information: the account identifier, email address and verification information needed to identify the authorized account.
- Authorization information: OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to maintain the user-authorized connection. The app does not ask you to provide your Google password to Print Care.
- Drive information: file and folder identifiers, names, metadata and the contents of files requested for preview or download.
2. Purpose and permissions
Google data is used to authenticate the authorized account and provide the app's file listing, PDF preview and download features. The connection requests openid, email and drive.readonly. Read-only access does not authorize the app to upload, edit, move or delete original Drive files.
3. Processing, storage and retention
Google files remain in the connected Google Drive account. File information and requested content are processed by the ERP backend and browser to provide these features. The local ERP keeps connection credentials in encrypted storage on the machine running the backend so it can refresh the authorized connection.
Connection data and file-reference configuration can remain on the ERP installation until removed by the administrator. Local previews, caches and downloaded copies can remain on the devices where they are used or saved; withdrawing Google access does not automatically delete these copies. There is no promise of automatic deletion after a fixed number of days.
4. Use and disclosure
Access to Google data is for the authorized ERP workflow. Print Care does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, credit decisions, or training generalized AI models. Google user data must not be published on this information website or in its source repository.
Data may be handled by authorized personnel or technical service providers only as necessary to deliver these user-facing features, maintain security, respond to a user-authorized support request, or meet applicable legal obligations. Do not send passwords, tokens or unnecessary client documents in support messages.
5. Google Limited Use
PrintCare ERP's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
6. Your choices and deletion requests
You may withdraw PrintCare ERP's access through your Google Account's third-party connections controls. This stops future authorized Google access once revocation takes effect; it does not delete the originals in Drive or copies already downloaded.
To remove locally retained connection data, file-reference data or copies controlled by Print Care, contact printcaredata@gmail.com and identify the account and data concerned without sending credentials. The administrator will confirm your authority and arrange removal from the relevant ERP installation. You control deletion of copies on your own devices and originals in your Drive account. Requests affecting business records or legally required retention will be explained before action.
7. This public website
This is a static information site hosted with GitHub Pages. Its pages contain no Google sign-in form, Drive connection, upload form, advertising code or application analytics. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as IP address and browser details, to operate and secure the website under its privacy statement. If you email support, the information you send is used to respond to that request.
8. Updates and contact
Changes to the app's data practices will be reflected here. The effective date identifies the current version. Privacy and support contact: printcaredata@gmail.com.
